App Terms of Service

Introduction

Somatic Health Inc. (“Somatic”) provides content, functionality, and services via Somatichealth.com and the Somatic Application (“App”). By using these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Your access and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with all applicable Terms. If you do not agree, please cease using the Services immediately.

Key Terms

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Our liability to you is limited.
• You must pursue claims individually, not as part of a class action.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals over 18 and are not a replacement for medical treatment. Do not use the Services if you have any of the following conditions unless cleared by a physician:

• Decreased bone density
• Spinal tumor or infection
• Joint infection
• Disc herniation
• Prior spinal or joint surgery
• Advanced heart disease
• Neurological or musculoskeletal impairments
• Pregnancy
• Gait imbalance or history of falls
• Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders

If you are seeing or have seen a specialist for your condition, do not use the Services.

No Medical Advice

Somatic does not provide medical advice. The Services offer wellness suggestions and tracking tools, but are not substitutes for professional medical care.

Always consult your physician before making health decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

Home Exercises

Home Exercise Videos and features like Coach Soma are for informational purposes only. Do not perform any exercises without approval from your healthcare provider.

Changes to Terms

Somatic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Modifications to Services

Somatic may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, including features and content, at any time. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.

Accounts

Registration

You must register to use the Services. You may not:

• Register if under 18 or legally barred
• Register on behalf of another person or entity
• Maintain more than one active account

Account Setup

Provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. Notify Somatic of any unauthorized use.

Suspension & Cancellation

Somatic may suspend or cancel accounts for violations of the Terms.

User Conduct Guidelines

Users may not:

• Use Services for commercial purposes
• Share or transfer accounts
• Circumvent access restrictions
• Scrape or crawl the Services
• Reverse engineer or tamper with systems
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Abuse or disrupt the Services

Investigations & Enforcement

Somatic may investigate violations and take legal action. You agree to cooperate in any investigations.

Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of the Services are owned by Somatic. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Third Party Terms

You are responsible for any third-party charges incurred while accessing the Services. Use of the App via third-party stores (e.g., Apple App Store) is subject to their terms.

Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Somatic disclaims liability for:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Interactions with other users
• Content accessed via the Services

Somatic’s total liability is limited to $100 USD, except where prohibited by law.

Basis of the Bargain

These disclaimers and limitations are essential to the agreement between you and Somatic.
